All honey made is raw and natural.
All honey is not heated to preserve the delicate flavours, and then coarsely filtered (leaving in pollen grains).
As the honey cools, it will granulate and form a taffy-like consistency.
TIP: Perfect for spreading on toast or sweetening hot tea. Heat small amount gradually for a better smoother consistency.
